An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak789 will attempt to notify you via your registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, the following contribution rates apply toward wagering requirement clearance:
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable. pak789 reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (often called "bonus abuse" or "matched betting" within the bonus terms context). Each bonus has an expiry period — if the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus balance will be removed.
Sports bets placed on pak789 — covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets — are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are detailed within the relevant section of the pak789 bet lobby.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet ID confirmation in your account's bet history. Bets not recorded in your bet history have not been accepted. pak789 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bet if it was placed in error, if the odds were published incorrectly due to a technical issue, or if there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body or governing organisation. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches, or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and PSL organising body for domestic fixtures. For football, results are settled on the full-time result including any stoppage time added by the referee, unless the specific bet type states otherwise (e.g., first-half result bets).
If a cricket match is abandoned without an official result being declared, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. If a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result has been officially declared, bets will be settled according to that result. For football, if a match is postponed before kick-off, bets are voided. If a match begins and is subsequently abandoned, settlement follows the specific rules for that market type. Full abandonment rules per sport are published in the pak789 sports betting help section.
In-play bets placed on pak789 are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of placement. pak789 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion — for example, during key moments of a cricket match where market integrity requires a pause. Bets submitted during a suspended market will not be accepted.
All casino games and slot games available on pak789 are provided by third-party game studios. The mathematical specifications — including Return to Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings — are certified by the respective game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
pak789 is not responsible for individual game outcomes — all outcomes are determined by the game's certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a game malfunction — such as a disconnection or display error that causes a game round to be interrupted — pak789 will follow the game provider's stated malfunction policy.
